At times it may be necessary, and Oberro Safari therefore reserves the right, to make any changes or substitutions to the itinerary, equipment, or services provided. Such substitutions and/or modifications will be made at the discretion of the safari leaders. In the event that Oberro Safari must cancel the safari prior to departure, a full refund will be issued to all participants EXCEPT for those participants who failed to make a complete payment by the due date if that is the reason for the safari cancellation. Any non-refunded deposits of said participants will be used for administration fees and to cover the credit and transfer costs of issuing other participants' refunds. All refunds will be paid in US Dollars regardless of current exchange rates.

Oberro Safari and its workers assume the role of brokers as concerning travel and therefore assume no liability in regard to damage, injury, theft, loss, accident, or other undesired situations that may impact negatively, financial or otherwise -- for any reason, regardless of the party at fault.

Oberro Safari can accept no responsibility for expenses incurred resulting from delay, cancelled transportation or other deviations regardless of the cause. The burden of any expenses or damages, to luggage or otherwise, resulting from such are entirely the responsibility of the Participant.

Oberro Safari recommends participants purchase only fully refundable/transferable transportation and do not purchase transportation tickets before receiving confirmation that the safari will take place. An Oberro Safari is not without risk. Due to the nature of a wilderness expedition, mechanical breakdown and other unexpected setbacks are always a possibility. In NO situation will Oberro Safari accept responsibility for or financially reimburse participants for penalised air tickets, non-refundable air tickets, visas, or any other costs. Each participant understands that, while Oberro Safari will make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the safari, circumstances may lead to significant delays that could seriously disturb logistical arrangements.

Participants also understand that a wilderness expedition is not without the risk of personal injury or death. Oberro Safari makes its best effort to provide a safe environment for its passengers however the well being of a participant ultimately comes down to each participant's own choices and common sense. Participants are not under constant supervision and accept liability for any and all risks associated with the safari.

Each trip member must agree to and sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk before being admitted to the safari. Participants will not be allowed to participate on the safari if they do not agree to and sign an unmodified copy of the provided Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk form. All rights to a full or partial refund will be forfeited in the absence of said agreement and signature.
